Processing time
All ocarinas are handmade and carefully prepared for shipping.
Processing time before dispatch is usually 1–2 weeks.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the destination, postal services, and customs processing.
Shipping methods
Ocarinas are shipped from Kazakstan. Most orders are shipped via regular international airmail.
In cases where regular airmail is unavailable or restricted, shipping is carried out via FedEx.
In such cases, the parcel is first forwarded domestically within Kazakhstan to a FedEx office.
The buyer is notified about all shipment stages and provided with tracking information.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received by the seller.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of the issue so that we can find an appropriate solution.

- You may pay using a PayPal account.
- Use guest checkout with a credit or debit card (no PayPal account required).
I do not store, process, or have access to your payment details.
